National enforcement bodies don't always assist passengers!

Every European country has a so-called enforcement authority. Was your flight delayed or cancelled and is the airline refusing to pay compensation? Then you can lodge a complaint against the airline with the responsible enforcement body. This is an impartial governmental body that as its job has to investigate delays and take a view regarding whether the complaint is founded or unfounded.
