Man sues Virgin air for midair incident

An American passenger, Salvatore Bevivino, is suing airline Virgin for 500,000 dollars (320,000 GBP). Why? The passenger wanted to order a drink, but he had to do so via the touch screen system, according to Virgin's flight attendants.
